Doctorly is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all membership-related matters. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be provided for Doctorly services.

By purchasing or renewing a Doctorly membership, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Membership Fees

  1. Doctorly operates on an annual membership model.
  2. Membership fees are collected in advance for the selected plan.
  3. Fees cover onboarding, setup, support services, and access to Doctorly resources during the membership period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  1. Payment was made in error (duplicate or incorrect transaction)
  2. Membership was not activated due to a technical or administrative issue from Doctorly’s side
  3. A written refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Services have already been initiated or onboarding has started
  2. Partial use of services during the membership period
  3. Change of mind after joining
  4. Dissatisfaction based on expectations of patient volume, revenue, or outcomes
  5. Failure to provide required information during onboarding
  6. Violation of Doctorly’s Terms and Conditions
  7. Early discontinuation of services by the clinic

Doctorly services are provided on a best-effort basis, and outcomes may vary depending on multiple external factors.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, clinics must:

  1. Submit a written request via email
  2. Include payment details and reason for the request
  3. Contact Doctorly within the eligible refund period, if applicable

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Plan Changes & Upgrades

  1. Membership upgrades may be allowed during the active term.
  2. Downgrades or partial refunds for unused periods are not applicable.
  3. Pricing changes apply only to future renewals.

6. Cancellation Policy

  1. Clinics may choose not to renew their membership at the end of the term.
  2. Cancellation during an active membership period does not qualify for a refund.

7. Policy Updates

Doctorly reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.

We encourage clinics to review this policy periodically.
