By using Doctorly, you confirm that you are authorised to represent the clinic or organisation you register.

3. Membership & Services

1. Doctorly offers services through annual membership plans.
2. Membership features and scope depend on the selected plan.
3. Services are designed to support clinics but do not guarantee specific patient numbers, revenue, or outcomes.
4. Doctorly reserves the right to modify, enhance, or update services to improve quality and effectiveness.

4. Payments & Pricing

1. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
2. Membership fees are payable in advance for the selected period.
3. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate refund policy.
4. Doctorly may revise pricing or plans, with changes applicable only to future renewals.

5. Clinic Responsibilities

By joining Doctorly, clinics agree to:

1. Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
2. Maintain valid licences and regulatory approvals
3. Use Doctorly services lawfully and ethically
4. Ensure that shared information does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Doctorly is not responsible for incorrect information provided by clinics.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Doctorly does not:

1. Provide medical advice
2. Diagnose or treat patients
3. Interfere in clinical decisions
4. Replace professional medical judgment

All medical services and decisions remain the sole responsibility of the healthcare provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Doctorly website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Doctorly and protected under applicable laws. Clinics may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Doctorly shall not be liable for:

1. Loss of revenue or business
2. Patient-related outcomes
3. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
4. Delays or interruptions beyond reasonable control

Doctorly provides support services on a best-effort basis.

9. Termination

Doctorly may suspend or terminate access if:

Clinics may discontinue services at the end of their membership term.
